Michael Martin

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT I SERVICE OPERATIONS & SUPPORT

Michael has over 30 years of experience in the contract management and the professional services industries at Marriott, ServiceMaster and Sodexo. He began his career in operational roles in the conference center and healthcare markets managing extensively in food and non-food services for over 10 years. He served in finance roles in commercial sales, accounting, group internal audit, compliance, and field finance before being named Vice President of Finance System Initiative (FSI) and Workforce Management at Sodexo. In this role, he led the development and deployment of store solutions to 140,000 employees in two Countries and over 7,500 locations. He was responsible for leading regional governance, the formation and creation of an enterprise project management office and directly leading several key initiatives targeted at enterprise efforts, including profitability, accountability and cost reduction.

His track record is demonstrated in his leadership of the implementation of the company’s first workforce management solution at Sodexo (the world’s 19th largest employer) in 2017. He also led the efforts to enhance visibility to operational results and accountability, including supporting the onboarding of acquired and merged companies into standard enterprise systems.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science from Oberlin College in Ohio and an MBA from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
