Scott Berkman

CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Scott Berkman joined Elior North America in August 2019 to lead the Procurement Team. He will focus on developing an overall procurement strategy for the company to leverage our purchasing power across all brands. Scott brings over 25 years of broad supply chain experience in foodservice and manufacturing and was most recently the principal owner of SDB Heritage Consulting, LLC. In this role, he and his team provided supply chain guidance and other services to companies within the foodservice and restaurant industries. Before SDB, Scott served as the Chief Purchasing Officer for Le Duff America, Inc. for seven years, where he led procurement, distribution, quality assurance and manufacturing for numerous brands.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Vermont and earned an advanced leadership education through Babson College’s Executive Leadership Program.
