Our Dining & Events team at Constellation Culinary Group has solidified themselves as a strong presence across the Greater Miami dining scene, evidenced by the success of one of our outstanding chefs, Valeri Fuentes.

Chef Valeri of Verde at Pérez Art Museum Miami, was selected as one of four chefs to participate in the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau’s exclusive New York City media event at the James Beard House, representing Greater Miami and Miami Beach on a national stage.

The intimate, standing-room only media event brought together top national editors, writers, and producers to experience Miami through food and storytelling, highlighting what makes the destination so compelling today, and into the future.

For the evening, Chef Valeri showcased her skills with a spectacular combination of flavors, prepared a savory cornbread cachapa brûlée and a rum flan with caramel praline. These dishes proved to be standout moments of the evening, earning rave reviews from all in attendance!
