PARIS, FR, Nov. 18, 2025 – Elior North America, a leading foodservice provider, is proud to participate in the first annual Elior Chef Awards in Paris, France on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

Taking place at Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Paris, the event will be hosted by Elior Group, bringing together teams of Elior chefs from six countries around the world including the United States, France, Italy, Spain, India, and the United Kingdom.

Ensuring a Sustainable Approach

Each competing team is made up of one coach, and four chefs, with the task of creating a plant-based, seasonal menu for five guests that includes a starter, main course, and dessert.

The through line of this event is Aimer sa Terre, or “Loving Your Earth,” as each team must utilize plant-based ingredients for every portion of their menu. While the selections teams can choose from will be the same, each will have the opportunity to incorporate a signature ingredient from their home country.

Meet the Competing Chefs

The Elior North America team is comprised of six premier chefs, representing multiple segments across the company, each bringing their own unique background and perspective to the kitchen. Chosen after a rigorous tryout, these chefs will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary prowess on an international stage.
